MTV reports that veteran Guns N’ Roses members Axl Rose and keyboardist Dizzy Reed will be joined by ex-Vandals drummer Josh Freese and ex-Replacements bassist Tommy Stinson for the first G N’ R album since 1991’s Use Your Illusion. The new album, Chinese Democracy, is set for release in 2000.
