Rage Against the New York Stock Exchange. According to CDNOW, the members of Rage Against the Machine were accosted by New York Stock Exchange security when the LA band barreled through the NYSE steel barricades as part of a mid-day video shoot, January 26. No one was arrested. The video, for the upcoming single "Sleep Now in the Fire," was directed by Michael Moore (Roger and Me).

Chumbawamba gets back up again. The group who achieved great acclaim with 1997's Tubthumper is set to release a follow-up album entitled WYSIWYG. MTV reports that Chumbawamba's new CD will contain 22 songs, including the first single "She's Got All The Friends," and features a new bassist, Neil Ferguson, to replace Paul "PJ" Greco. WYSIWYG hits store shelves April 4.

Red Hot and Foo. Red Hot Chili Peppers and Foo Fighters have announced that they will team up to take on the continent. Rolling Stone reports that Foo Fighters will join RHCP for the first 26 North American tour stops, from now until May.
